Breakfast at the hotel.
Next, we will head towards the Masai Mara National Reserve (approximately 5.5 hours) arriving in time for lunch.
The Masai Mara, along with Tanzania’s Serengeti, forms Africa’s most famous wildlife park, the Masai Mara National Reserve. Its main attraction is undoubtedly the annual wildebeest migration that crosses the vast plains of the Serengeti and Masai Mara. Known as the largest mass movement of land mammals on the planet, it involves over a million animals continuously moving in search of water and fresh pastures. Within the reserve, it is also possible to spot the ‘Big Five’: proud lions, elephants, accompanied by other species such as giraffes, gazelles, among others. Besides traditional vehicle safaris and horseback safaris, hot air balloon flights over the Mara plains have become almost essential.
Optional activity: Visit to a Masai village (additional cost, consult your Travel Planner).
At sunset, we will enjoy a photographic safari.
Dinner and accommodation at the camp.
